After every job, you have seven days to review the results. If you notice anything that was missed or does not meet your expectations, contact us within that window.

We do not interrogate you about why something is wrong. If you say it needs fixing, we schedule a return and we fix it. No awkward conversations.

Return visits to correct work are entirely at our cost. You pay only for the service you agreed to — nothing extra for fixing something that should have been right the first time.

How we back every job

Photo documentation

We photograph every job before and after. If there is ever a question about what was cleaned and what was not, we have the record. These photos are shared with you directly after every service.

You approve before we leave

We do a walkthrough with you at the end of every job. If you see something that needs correcting while we are still on-site, we fix it before we pack up — no return trip needed.

In-house team accountability

Because every person on our team is a direct GFC employee, we can hold our crew accountable in ways that companies using subcontractors cannot. If something goes wrong, there is a person responsible.

Invoice after satisfaction

We do not invoice until the job is complete and you have had the chance to review the work. That means you are not paying for results you have not seen.
